
Never once did I ever even consider cumin as a flavor in their salsa..
I haven't made it yet.. And they have been closed for a number of years.. I do not believe it was this simple.. can it really be that simple?
I always did throw a couple dashes of tapatio in the salsa cup to pop it off a touch.. but I miss it so.

Some people use cumin but they didnβt give you much detail on quantity of ingredients
The βto tasteβ stuff is the tough part. Especially with cilantro. Cumin is commonβ¦ earthy flavorβ¦ it sticks out to me in chilis salsa if you ever have theirs.
Try green onion instead of white
Iβve used cumin off and onβ¦. Gives those nice earthy notes.
That does seem pretty simple for a restaurant salsaβ¦. No acid seems oddβ¦ a bit of lime juice or vinegar seems like a base ingredient to me.
