I was expecting just a slightly different version of their normal habanero sauce, but this one has a massive kick of lemon that I wasn't expecting at all.
The lemon flavor makes it a bit situational, I wouldn't put it on a burger for instance. Thankfully the first thing I put it on was some tacos, which it was perfect for. Anything Mexican; guacamole, enchiladas, tamales, etc, would be a divine combination with this sauce. Not sure I'll be putting it on wings or pizza, though.

I have always wanted to try this one
I really like this one. It’s my third favorite behind the XXX and Caribbean.
Re-reading my post, i realized it comes off a bit critical. Let me be clear: this is a standout sauce in my collection. One of the best I’ve ever had. Just only works on certain dishes where the lemon flavor won’t clash.
I mainly use it on Mexican seafood dishes.
