



Hello all, I have just finished a small batch of my favorite Cayenne hot sauce. My own classic take on an aged Louisiana style table hot sauce, but with flavorful yet slightly fiery heat on the front of the tongue. A bit fruity (like red strawberry without the sweetness), with notes of garlic and a bright tanginess, this batch is a little milder than my usual batches of cayenne hot sauce. Grear on just about everything, especially fried chicken, pizza and eggs. A fantastic everyday table sauce.
