  2. Hi Brisco. I am 65 years old and I have come to realize that the best tasting Cabbage,Callaloo, Pak-choi is to place some oil in a pan and saute your seasonings first then add the Cabbage or the Callaloo or the Pak choi

  3. Why didn't you season the cabbage before you put it in the pot? The seasoning was just resting on top of the cabbage while cooking. I'm sure you mixed it all in at some stage, but wouldn't you do that from the beginning?🤔
