Roasted Red Pepper Spread – Easy Elegant Appetizer



A vibrant roasted red pepper spread blended with walnuts, garlic, fresh herbs, and olive oil. This rustic Mediterranean-style dip is smoky, rich, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect served with cucumbers, warm bread, or crackers.

    INGREDIENTS
    4 red bell peppers
    Walnuts
    2–3 garlic cloves
    Fresh parsley
    Fresh basil
    Pepper paste
    Salt
    Mint
    Yogurt, Sour cream or Lebni
    Crushed red pepper
    Olive oil

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Roast the red peppers at 440°F (225°C) for about 25 minutes until soft.
    Blend the roasted peppers with walnuts, garlic, parsley, basil, pepper paste, salt, mint, crushed pepper, and yogurt until smooth.
    Serve with fresh cucumbers, bread, or crackers.
