Today I’m making a beautiful roasted red pepper spread.

INGREDIENTS
4 red bell peppers
Walnuts
2–3 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
Pepper paste
Salt
Mint
Yogurt, Sour cream or Lebni
Crushed red pepper
Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Roast the red peppers at 440°F (225°C) for about 25 minutes until soft.
Blend the roasted peppers with walnuts, garlic, parsley, basil, pepper paste, salt, mint, crushed pepper, and yogurt until smooth.
Serve with fresh cucumbers, bread, or crackers.
