You could probably say I have a type. I lived in TX previously and when I needed to buy salsa in a pinch, the HEB Molcajete-style Roja salsa was what I always picked up. Having left Texas, I wasn’t able to find any substitute for that delicious roasty flavor, until I rolled the dice on a huge jar of Siete Roja at Costo. Definitely recommend!
