  1. Masala Mirchi
    Ingredients:
    250 gms Green chilli (less spicy)
    4 tbsp fennel seeds (crushed)
    1 tbsp mustard seeds (crushed)
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    2 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    Salt as per taste
    4 tbsp milk
    2 tbsp curd
    4 tbsp oil
    Method : Wash and wipe the green chilli and cut as shown. Now take oil in a Tawa or Kadhai. Heat the oil and add green chilli. Sauté them for few minutes until the bottom side of chillies gets fried. Now add all the spices mentioned above. Mix them well and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Now add milk and mix. Cook the mirchi until milk absorbs then add curd. Cook it until curd cooks well and get mixed in spices and mirchi . Serve with roti or else as side dish. Store it in refrigerator for a week.
