– Half small onion
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 teaspoon chilli infused rapeseed oil (or olive oil)
– 1 teaspoon cumin ground
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– Half teaspoon chilli crushed (adjust to heat preference)
– Half teaspoon oregano
– Half teaspoon sea salt
– Half teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup tinned tomatoes
– Half beef stock pot
– Half teaspoon brown sugar (balances acidity)
– 2 tablespoons water
Optional finish:
– Yoghurt or sour cream
– Chopped coriander leaf
– Sprinkle chilli crushed
