Manager from taco bell here: our requirement is to have a nugget piece bigger than the bottom of a chicken nuggets dipping sauce (about 1 inch). If it’s not as big then we do 2 smaller pieces. So all in all, sizes may vary.

Guys…they are called sliders for a reason. They are small.
Honestly they usually have 3 pieces of chicken inside and are quite filling. No idea why people are complaining. I get one of these and a reward for a CGC or beefy potato griller and I’m set.
