🌶️🔥 SOYA CHILLI RECIPE | Restaurant Style | Veg Indo-Chinese 🍜

🧾 Ingredients:
• Soya chunks – 2cup
• Water – for boiling
• Salt – to taste
• Cornflour – 2 -3tbsp
• Garm masal ( for extra kick)
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• curd 2 -3 spoons
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Capsicum – 1 (cubed)
• Onion – 2 medium (cubed)
• Spring onion
• garlic
• Green chili sauce – 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
• Schezwan sauce– 1 tbsp

• Oil – for frying

👩‍🍳 Method:

1️⃣ Soya chunks ko boiling water + salt mein 5 minutes boil karo.
Pani nikaal kar achhe se squeeze kar lo 👍

2️⃣ Ab soya chunks mein add karo:

cornflour, curd , ginger-garlic, garam masala paste & black pepper.
Achhe se mix karo 💪 then marinate it for (10-15min)

3️⃣ Oil garam karke soya chunks ko golden & crispy hone tak fry kar lo 🔥
Side mein rakh do.

4️⃣ Ek pan mein thoda oil lo, add karo garlic , onion & capsicum.
High flame pe 1–2 min toss karo 🥦 and

** (if u want gravy add one tbsp of corn flour and 1cup of water )

5️⃣ Ab sauces daalo – soya sauce, chilli sauce , red chili , Schezwan sauce
Mix mix mix 😋

6️⃣ Fried soya chunks add karo & achhe se toss karo.
Thoda spring onion se garnish 🌱
