Street Style Veg Momo | Viral Veg Momos Recipe..😋🔥

👉 Required Ingredients

1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1/3 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/3 cup finely chopped carrots
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup paneer, crumbled
1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves

👉 Dough Ingredients

1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
Water as required

👉 Momos Chutney Ingredients

3 tomatoes
7 to 8 red chilies
5 to 6 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon corn starch + 2 teaspoons of water (slurry)
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

👉 Prepare the Filling

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped garlic and sauté until the aroma is released.
Add finely chopped capsicum, carrots, and sweet corn.
Then add finely chopped onion and cabbage.
Stir-fry everything on high flame for 2 minutes.
Add crumbled paneer to the mixture.
Now add Schezwan sauce and soy sauce.
Season with black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, and salt.
Add butter and mix everything well.
Turn off the flame and keep the filling aside.

👉 Make the Chutney

Take 3 tomatoes and make a small cut on them.
Boil them in water along with whole red chilies, garlic cloves, and salt.
Once boiled, mix 1 teaspoon corn starch with 2 teaspoons of water to make a slurry.
Add the slurry to the tomato water.
Peel the tomatoes and transfer everything to a blender.
Add Kashmiri red chili powder and blend until smooth.
Heat mustard oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the prepared tomato paste.
Cook until the chutney thickens.
Add vinegar, tomato ketchup, salt, oregano, and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and cook until nicely thickened.

👉 Make the Dough

Take a bowl and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour (maida).
Add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon oil.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft, smooth dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

👉 Shape & Steam the Momos

After resting, roll the dough into a thin sheet.
Cut it into small circles.
Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each circle.
Shape the momos by pleating the edges.
Grease the steamer plate with a little oil.
Arrange the momos and lightly brush them with butter.
Steam for 10 to 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve hot with the prepared chutney.
Garnish with chili flakes and oregano.
