This easy air fryer breakfast turned out surprisingly delicious.
Sweet bell peppers, eggs, fresh herbs and melted cheese make a perfect quick breakfast or light dinner.
The best part?
It’s made right in the air fryer in just a few minutes.
🔹 Ingredients 🔹
✔ 1 sweet bell pepper
✔ 2 eggs
✔ 80–100 g cheese
✔ green onions
✔ parsley
✔ salt
✔ black pepper
✔ a little oil
🕒 Cooking Steps
1️⃣ Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds
2️⃣ Crack 2 eggs into the pepper halves
3️⃣ Add salt and black pepper
4️⃣ Sprinkle green onions and parsley
5️⃣ Grate cheese on top
6️⃣ Lightly grease the baking paper
7️⃣ Cook in the air fryer at 170°C / 340°F for 8–10 min
For a firmer yolk: 11–12 min
