High protein lowcarb Pepper Bites 💥

This high protein snack is crunchy, creamy, and actually keeps you full. It’s such a winning snack combo and if you are looking for super easy recipes, it doesn’t get healthier and better than this.

Here is how to make it:

1 Slice a bell pepper quarters . I used red bell, but if you ever see Nardello peppers, grab them. I love them for this and wish I had them locally.

2 Spoon in cottage cheese. I pile it on high

3 Crumble up some feta over the top.

4Sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel seasoning and Chile Lime or Everything But the Elote seasoning for extra flavor. I love the chile lime seasoning combo here for a little citrusy kick.

5 Dive in, and enjoy!

This is a great healthy lowcarb snack or keto snack and you can add some chicken for more protein and a more substantial lowcarb high protein meal even.

  2. Yes I eat 🌶️ peppers like this always especially the orange red and yellow peppers they are sweeter NO green ones for unless they are stuffed peppers 🫑 with ground beef rice and red beans yummy 👍delicious with tuna salad chicken salad 🥗

  4. Lol😅 CHHEK IT OUUT..I found out I am in danger of becoming diabetic. So im pre-diabetic and need to start making Changes ASAP.. this is likely something to add to my diet/ Snacks ( low-fat will also be the way to go for me) love RED BELL PEPPER . Full of VIT. C.

    mixing cottage cheese and feta can be VERY high in sodium, potentially exceeding 500–700+ mg in a single serving. Feta adds roughly 320 mg per ounce, while cottage cheese contributes about 400 mg per half-cup, making it a high-sodium combination that risks exceeding daily limits if not portion-controlled.
