Chicken Liver Adobo

INGREDIENTS:
800g chicken liver
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks lemongrass, smashed and sliced
3 bay leaves
1 tsp whole peppercorns
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Spicy Chili Crisp or Thai Chili, adjust to taste
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
Dark soy sauce for color (optional)
