Why are my pepper seedlings doing this?

I'm a new pepper grower and am growing plants from seeds for the first time this year (Carolina Reaper, Scotch Bonnet, Chocolate Scorpion and White Ghost).

The seedlings were planted on time in accordance to my hardiness zone (5a-5b), and have been on a regulated heat mat with a temp that is good for all of them, in potting mix, and have all sprouted on time. The sprouts have been under a growlight (Viparspectra p1000 at 50% power, 17-18" above the seed cells) for a little under 2 weeks, and while they are growing well, I have noticed on ~2/8 sprouts have yellowing/browning spots on the edges, and another 2 have curled up.

I water them with a spray bottle when the soil on top is dry, and try not to saturate them. I have also never used fertilizers. They are kept inside in warm temperatures (but not in a tent) and shouldn't (?) have developed fungus, but I am really not sure at this stage. I also have no idea why only one of the Scotch Bonnets and Ghost peppers sprouted and not the others.

Apologies for any missing info or anything, never made a reddit post before. Any and all constructive help and advice is very appreciated!
