8 Serrano
24 jalepenos

quarter of a pineapple

32oz apple cider vinegar
I roasted the peppers and onions until charred. Took the stems out of the peppers and cut the roots from the onions, threw them in along with everything else in the blender. this maxed out my blender and separated into 10 16oz portions. I then freeze them and can use this just the way it is or dilute with more vinegar to about double. it's pretty spicy but not so spicy I don't still sip it straight from the bottle sometimes. This cost me around $10 to get 10 plus bottles worth.

lol i just asked for the recipe and it was already here. im dense evidently
