In today’s village minivlog, I harvested wheat in the fields early in the morning. After working hard in the heat, I came home in the evening and wanted to make something tasty, so I made street-style Aloo Manchurian Chili.

🥔 Ingredients:
• 3-4 boiled potatoes
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Oil (for deep frying)
For the sauce:
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 capsicum
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp chili sauce
• 1/2 tsp vinegar
• Salt (to taste)

👨🍳 Method:
1. First, mash the boiled potatoes.
2. Add cornflour, flour, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
3. Form into small balls and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
4. Now add some oil to the pan and fry the ginger and garlic.
5. Add onion and capsicum and fry lightly.
6. Now add soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, and vinegar and mix.
7. Add the fried potato balls and toss well.
8. Garma-garam Aloo Manchurian Chilli ready 😊
