Restaurant style Chilli Chicken Dry/Chicken Recipe



Boneless chicken pieces – 500 gms

For Marinade:

Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce – 1 teaspoon
Cornflour – 4 tablespoons
Maida (All purpose flour) – 3 tablespoons
Oil – 3 teaspoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 1

Marinate chicken pieces and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Fry chicken pieces in batches till golden and crisp.

Ingredients:
Garlic and Ginger chopped – 3 teaspoons each
Green chillies – 3 sliced diagonally
Onion thick slices – 2 medium
Green Capsicum thick slices – 1
Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
Red chilli sauce – 2 tablespoon
Pepper powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Cornflour slurry – 1 tablespoon cornflour in 3 tablespoons of water
Oil – 3 tablespoons

Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger, garlic and green chillies for 1 minute.
Add sliced onions and fry for 1 minute.
Add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
Add pepper powder and salt and mix well.
Add sauces and fry for 2 minutes.
Add chicken pieces and coat well with sauces.
Fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add cornflour slurry and saute for 1 minute.
Switchoff flame and Enjoy!
