πΆοΈ Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil (mustard oil / vegetable oil / sesame oil)
2 tbsp red chilli flakes (adjust as per spice level)
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp white salt
1 tsp soya sauce
π©βπ³ Steps:
1. In a heatproof bowl, add: grated garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, sesame seeds, salt and soya sauce
2. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame until oil is hot but not smoking
3. Carefully pour the hot oil over the chilli mixture.
It will sizzle β thatβs where all the flavor comes!
4. Let it cool completely.
5. Store in a glass jar.
