Could be overwatered. Get yourself a moisture meter from Amazon, a reliable one costs under $10 and they work great. This is my first year using one and it is definitely helping me.

I am seconding the lack of water, perhaps you water frequently, but it’s not saturating as dry soil is hydrophobic, are you checking the soil with putting your finger in a few spots to see if the water is going in, or just dripping down and out of the sides. You can see the dirt is separating from the sides of the container in a couple places, a good sign of dehydration.

Bugs or a lack of water, but most likely a lack of water. That’s a big bag. you need a lot of water to get the entire volume in a good zone for the plant.
