Panasa Chilli Recipe – Preparation Process (Step-by-Step)👇👇

Step 1:
Sabse pehle kaccha kathal (panasa) ko chhote bite-size pieces me kaat kar achchhe se dho lein.

Step 2:
Ek cooker me kathal pieces, thoda namak aur pani daal kar 2–3 seeti tak ubaal lein. Phir pani nikaal kar side me rakh dein.

Step 3:
Ek bowl me maida, cornflour, namak, lal mirch powder aur thoda pani daal kar thick batter bana lein.

Step 4:
Uble hue kathal pieces ko batter me dip karke garam tel me deep fry karein jab tak golden aur crispy na ho jaye.

Step 5:
Ek pan me thoda tel garam karein, usme lasun (garlic), adrak (ginger), hari mirch daal kar bhunein.

Step 6:
Ab pyaz (onion) aur shimla mirch (capsicum) daal kar high flame par toss karein.

Step 7:
Isme soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar aur thoda salt daal kar mix karein.

Step 8:
Ab fried kathal pieces add karein aur achchhe se sauce ke saath toss karein.

Step 9:
Thoda cornflour slurry daal kar gravy ko thoda thick karein.

Step 10:
Garam-garam Panasa Chilli / Jackfruit Chilli serve karein.
