



I've been working on making burrito-sized (10"+) flour tortillas at home. No special equipment, fat used is butter, flour is King Arthur AP. Rolled out with a rolling pin and cooked on an inverted wok. I am finally happy with them! Pictures of yesterday's breakfast burrito included (3 eggs, pastrami, French fries, salsa verde, jack and cheddar cheeses).
