Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2–3 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 2 cups broth
• 8 oz pasta (elbow or shells)
🌶️ Seasonings
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp salt + pepper
✨ Optional
• beans, corn, or jalapeños
Finish:
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Brown beef in olive oil
2. Add garlic + seasonings
3. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, broth + pasta
4. Simmer 12–15 mins until pasta is tender
5. Stir in cream + cheese until melty
Top with sour cream or plain Greek yogurt!
