Easy Sheet Pan Pierogies & Sausage 🥟🌭
Shout out to Juls at @fun for the dinner inspiration. She shares some really good ones.
Ingredients:
– Mrs. T’s Classic Cheese Pierogies however many you want to eat
– 2 bell peppers, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 1–2 smoked sausage links, sliced (we used 2!)
Seasonings:
– Salt & pepper
– Onion powder
– Garlic powder
– Paprika
– Olive oil
– (Optional) pinch of chili powder for the peppers
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. On a baking sheet, add pierogies and sliced sausage. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle seasonings, and toss to coat.
3. Bake for about 20 minutes (or follow pierogi package directions), flipping halfway.
Peppers & Onions:
1. Toss sliced peppers and onions with olive oil and the same seasonings (plus a little chili powder if you like).
2. Bake separately at 425°F for 10 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Serve everything together and enjoy! 🙌
Simple, filling, and so good.
