Ingredients:
✅ Raw mango
✅Sugar
✅Black pepper
✅Cinnamon
✅Salt
✅Chaat Masala
✅Black salt
✅Chilli Flakes
✅Black pepper powder

💥Recipe
🔹 Roughly chop mangoes and pressure cook with 1/4tsp salt, Black pepper and Cinnamon
🔹 4-5 whistle at high flame
🔹 Let the pressure releases completely then mash and strain it properly
🔹 Transfer the pulp to a pan then stir for 4-5mins then add chilli flakes, black salt , black pepper powder and chaat masala
🔹 Cook for 2-3mins
🔹 At last add lemon juice
🔹 Greese butter or oil in plate then transfer then mixture to it
🔹 Let in dry for one whole day
🔹 Cut into pieces
🔹 Serve and enjoy😋
