The Macro Melts

I have a butt load of rewards, replaced doing protein shakes with just piling chicken on a flatbread melt, the regular melt is 40g of protein and about 30g of carbs, once I add slow roasted, it jumps up to 60g of protein a serving. Have had a noticable difference in muscle growth and strength. And it's super cheap.
