Are these Anaheim chilis ready to harvest (first pic)? Also attached are my healthy serranos, poblanos, and sweet banana peppers.

A couple of my Anaheim chilis are now showing some reddish brown colors. Are they ready to harvest? Got any recipe suggestions for them?
