Didi ingredients pls
Ingredients:
* 3 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
* ½ cup cornflour
* Salt to taste
* 1-2 tbsp water
For the sauce:
* 1 tbsp sesame seeds
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* 1 tbsp chilli flakes
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
* Spring onions (chopped)
* ¼ cup hot oil
Method:
Boil & mash potatoes → add cornflour + salt → make a soft dough (add little water) → rest 5–10 mins
Shape into small balls → boil in water till they float (2 mins) → transfer to ice water
In a bowl add sesame seeds, chilli powder, chilli flakes, soy sauce, garlic & spring onions → pour hot oil on top
Add potato balls → toss well & serve 🔥
💡 Tips
* Don’t add too much water → dough should be soft, not sticky
* Always transfer to ice water →helps them hold their shape & gives that perfect chewy texture
* Don’t overboil → remove as soon as they float
