Reminds me of adding beef to a bean burrito and getting no beans. Like, I did it on the app. I didn’t sub beans, or remove beans, I simply added beef but some guy on the line understood that as no beans on the bean burrito.
Also reminds me that my sister gets soft tacos but with beans instead of beef. On the app, easy peasy to sub/swap the beef for beans. But almost every time she orders in person, they remove the beef and add beans so she ends up paying more for cheaper ingredients
