Beef pepper lunch… but without the beef



Rice cooker chicken pepper rice!

This is part 1 of my rice cooker chicken ingredient prep series 👀

🌽 For 2-3 servings:
8 oz rice cooker chicken
3/4 cup rice
1/2 cup water
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup corn (frozen or canned)
1 tbsp butter
1 scallion, chopped

🍶 Sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
