This quick and delicious Raw Mango Chutney (Kaccha Aam ki Chatni) is the perfect summer side dish! Made with fresh raw mango, tomato, green chilli, garlic, and simple spices, this chutney is bursting with tangy and spicy flavors.

Ingredients:

* Raw mango (half pieces)
* Tomato
* Green chillies
* Garlic cloves
* Salt
* Sugar
* Black salt
* Red chilli powder
* Cumin powder
* Onion
* Fresh coriander leaves
* Oil

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add raw mango pieces, tomato, green chillies, and garlic cloves.
2. Add salt, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until soft.
3. Remove mango pulp and peel off tomato skin.
4. Blend everything with sugar, black salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder.
5. Add chopped onion and fresh coriander leaves, mix well.
6. Serve with roti or rice.

Perfect for summer meals, lunch thalis, or as a side with dal-rice!

  2. Mujhe mango ki kisi bhi dish me garlic ka flavous bilkul bhi nhi pasand..ha iski jageh ap mint leaves dal sakte ho..y garlic..garlic mai khoob sara dalti hu brinjal me…groundnut chutney me..urad dal me to sabse zyada tasty lagta hai😂😂😂
