Dirty Spaghetti 🍝🔥 #foodie #food #shorts

This ain’t the spaghetti you make when you’re trying to be cute. This is the spaghetti you make when you want silence at the table. 🍝🔥

Dirty Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 pound thin spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 pound hot Italian sausage
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 cups beef stock, divided
1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Nature’s Seasoning
3 scallions, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste if needed

Instructions

Cook the thin spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and hot Italian sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks. Do not drain the grease.

Sprinkle in the flour and mix until the meat is coated. Stir in the tomato paste until fully incorporated.

Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

Pour in the beef stock, then stir in the Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix, Creole seasoning, Italian seasoning, and Nature’s Seasoning.

Simmer until the sauce becomes thick, rich, and gravy-like. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.

Add the cooked spaghetti directly into the skillet and toss until fully coated.

Fold in the diced scallions at the end and serve hot.
