Made blue corn tortillas from dried corn kernels

First photo is the cooked tortillas. Second photo is the corn kernels after nixtamalization with calcium hydroxide. Third photo is the unprocessed dried blue corn kernels. Obligatory not a Mexican, so don’t sue me if I mess up 😅.
