Are these jalapeno seedlings doing fine?

The left side is jalapenos, the smaller seedlings are cayennes, both were planted mid march which oddly the cayennes just recently sprouted but i feel like the jalapenos are too leggy and not as dark green will they be fine for transplant around may 28 or should i just go ahead and buy new seedlings? This was my first time starting seeds and didnt use a grow light which i now know was a stupid idea.
