hey roger and audrey ;];] have you heard of pea wiggle? you take a sleeve of saltines and put them on a plate. make a white sauce you can have it reg or cheesy. keep the sauce white……. then add peas…it can be as much as you want,frz/fresh/canned. get canned tiny shrimp or frzn in your deli , add to sauce,, stir til combined and heated through you can add salt/pepper of choice BUT REMENBER THE SALTINES AND WHATEVER CHEESE ALSO HAS SALT !! you can also use any kind of protien you want… fish, pork, steak, tuna, whever you have. heat through and pour over saltines… you can add butter also to taste. yummmm its really good with a salad or just draw vegg like cucumbers on the side , thank you for another awesome reciepe ;];];]

Been enjoying making a similar recipe in our family from way back ,making 2 layers of chips/ chili ☺️ending with chili & cheese over chips . Very much the same ! Always a winner!
This is the way we make it. Then you can put what you want on it. They like chopped lettuce, tomatoes, Olives green or black, cheese and just whatever you want.
I agree, looks wonderful but I need to know WHAT IS THE RED SAUCE???? THANKS for your views. May God bless you.
