Welp…my wife wanted to enjoy the ice after finishing her drink. Instead, we noticed something else-a piece of molded sharp plastic shard at the bottom of her cup.
This is literally a choking hazard and could have been much worse, let alone the fact that there is noticeable mold/growth on it.
This is disgusting.
