High protein bison chili meal prep made in the crockpot with chipotle peppers, black beans, Greek yogurt, and smoky chili flavor. Perfect for meal prep, fat loss, and hitting your protein goals without eating boring food.

Ingredients:
• 2.5 lbs ground bison
• crushed tomatoes
• black beans
• chipotle peppers in adobo
• Greek yogurt
• cocoa powder
• instant coffee
• smoked paprika
• lime juice

    Ingredients

    • 2.5 lbs ground bison
    • 1 large yellow onion, diced
    • 1 red bell pepper, diced
    • 1 green bell pepper, diced
    • 1 jalapeño, diced
    • 5 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 (15 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
    • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
    • 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 cup beef broth
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp liquid smoke
    • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
    • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    • 2 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1.5 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
    • juice of 1 lime

    Cook HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours. Stir in Greek yogurt and lime juice at the end.

    Store refrigerated for up to 5 days before freezing.

    Add approximately ¼ cup water before reheating.

    Microwave approximately 2½ minutes from refrigerator or 5½ minutes from frozen.
