Is this maybe in Arizona? The rice looks very dark. I’ve seen corn in tacos, i’ve seen chicken tacos, I’ve never seen this in a Mexican restaurant or anywhere in Texas or New Mexico.
Not to be critical, but why are the outsides of the tortillas so toasty and the insides so light? I’m guessing those are decent store-bought white corn tortillas. What’s up with all that?
