Any ideas what's going on with these leaves?
Quite rapidly, I'm seeing leaves on a lot of my plants starting to look like this. Some leaves have died off entirely. They've just been sat under the grow lights I've been using forever, so I'm a bit alarmed as to what's going on.
All the plants are in a coco/compost/perlite mix (as I've always used) with a pinch of neem meal and a pinch of gypsum I was recommended too (first time this year, so I'm slightly questioning them). I feed them maybe weekly with some some general plant food (4-1-3 + micros) and a bit of CalMag, and our water here is very soft. I let them dry out quite a bit before watering thoroughly, and do so in a large tray so they soak it up in the bottom of the pots.
I'm thinking of just flushing the pots very well with water this weekend, then putting them in their outdoor beds so nature can do it's thing with them.
I'm at a loss as to what's happening. Any ideas would be appreciated.
