Transplanting next week. Should I give it some fertilizer before?

Peppers are over 14 weeks in the soil cups living off mainly the soil. Gave it one compost tea application around week 7.

I transplant them next week into 7-10 gallon fabric pots. Using my soil blend that I make.

Question is should I give them them a small dose of fertilizer or transplant them, and then apply compost worm casting top dressing all that fun stuff?

I also know that a lot are very yellow. There are 43 different types of peppers some enjoyed my environment and others do not apparently.
