Not sure if this counts as hot sauce since it’s technically just 75-95% pickled Carolina reapers. Holy hell this stuff is amazing! Was recently traveling in Ireland and popped into the Asian market. Bought on a whim and it knocked my socks off! Had to bring some back to the US after eating half the jar in a couple of days. Such great flavor and heat 😋
