I'm growing a variety of peppers and most are doing well, including one of two C baccatum (I lost the labels, one is Criolla Sella, the other Aji Colorado).
Unfortunately the other baccatum is unhappy and yellowing π’. They're both in similar pots with the same planting mix, similar sizes and irrigated similarly.
I'm in the front range, Colorado. All plants were starts ~1mo ago and the tops pinched, since then I've been pinching flower buds to encourage root and vegetative growth. All were brought into the garage for any nights below 40F.
Any ideas? Pests or environmental conditions I should check for?

In my experience it’s either do more or less of what you’re currently doing.
No reason to top or pinch, feed them plenty and enjoy the peppers.
