Crispy Bacon Chili Oil Noodles 🔥 Better Than Takeout in 15 Minutes

📌 Recipe
📝 Ingredients:
about 300 g egg noodles or ramen noodles
about 150 g bacon
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp crispy chili oil, plus more for serving
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 spring onions, diced
Optional: 1 tsp ketchup
½-1 tbsp chicken bouillon
Black pepper
A little pasta / noodle water
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Optional: 1 egg

How to make it:
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add a little crispy chili oil.
Sauté the garlic and the white parts of the spring onions for a short moment.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, optional ketchup, chicken bouillon and a splash of noodle water. Stir well.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Add black pepper, then toss the cooked noodles into the sauce until everything is glossy and well coated.
Top with the crispy bacon, the green parts of the spring onions and sesame seeds.

Optional: add a fried or soft-boiled egg and another spoon of crispy chili oil on top.
Salty, spicy, smoky and ridiculously addictive 🔥🍜
