Recipe: 🌿 Finely chopped red amaranth (laal chaulai/laal saag)🥣 Kuttu (buckwheat) flour🌶️ Green chilli🧂 Salt✨ Haldi🌱 Jeera🌶️ Red chilli powder🍚 Rice flour💧 Water (to make batter)⚪ Sesame seeds (til)
Mix all the ingredients with water to form a smooth batter.
Spread on a heated pan like a cheela, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, flip and cook from both sides until crispy. Serve hot with lemon achar. 🍋🥞
