They are turning while still smol. I have about 8 plants in pots, all are on drip irrigation 3 days a week, I’ve given them fox farms fert. I just snipped all my 1-2” green shishitos before they turn. None of my Serranos, poblanos or jalapeños have prematurely turned yet.
