For the Base

• 2 tbsp curd
• 1 tsp coconut oil

• 2 tomatoes, boiled and blended
• 1 tsp oil
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• A pinch of oregano
• A pinch of chili flakes
• Salt to taste

For the Toppings
• Cooked chicken (marinated with turmeric, chili powder, and salt; spray with oil and cook for 10 minutes)
• Mozzarella cheese
• Finely chopped onion & capsicum

👩‍🍳 Method

1. Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add curd and coconut oil; knead into a soft dough.
3. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
4. For the sauce, sauté garlic in oil, add tomato puree, oregano, and seasonings. Cook until thick.
5. Roll the dough into a pizza base and place on a greased tray or pan.
6. Spread the pizza sauce evenly.
7. Top with chicken, veggies, and cheese.
8. Bake at 200°C for 10–15 minutes or cook covered on a pan for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts.
9. Slice and serve warm.
