So my Birds Eye chili recently started producing flowers however, as it does it’s dropping a lot of its lower leaves. I’ve been waiting til the first few inches of soil dry out, I’ve monitored for pests closely and I haven’t seen any, I fertilize with a liquid tomato fertilizer once a week, and temperatures in the room their in are consistently in the high 70s and low 80s. I don’t know what’s causing it

Pepper plants will naturally drop their older leaves as they grow. The plant looks okay from the picture. Are the leaves turning yellow before they drop? If so, you might want to feed the plant a little more.
plants just ditching the old ones for new growth, happens all the time
