One half of my garden just will not drain well, and my peppers keep ending up yellow and overwatered everytime it rains for more than a day. this is only happening in one half of my garden, and I didn’t have the same problem last year in this spot. first 2 pics show how wet it is, it hasn’t rained since yesterday evening, and 3rd is another part of the garden that doesn’t have this problem. could I put something around the base of the affected peppers during rain to keep it from soaking directly at the roots?
