We have a variety of peppers growing and they just seem like they aren't growing as fast as last year. Seems like they've mostly stayed the same height for weeks now with the exception of some buds and actual peppers growing on some. Attached is a few photos if anyone can offer advice on if anything seems wrong with them.
Note: Located in michigan. About have a big heat wave come thru
Was watering 6 am and about 6pm 15 min each day. I felt like that was to much water so I shut that off currently.
Any recommendations?

Did you plant in the same bed as last year? If so, curious if you amended the soil before planting again.
I would give them some liquid fertilizer (I like grow bag by fox farm) and then don’t water too much. Peppers don’t like to be overwatered, especially the hotter ones
I added nothing extra. I will look into that thanks
