    “ not much meat on fish head” ….. these guys don’t care if it’s meat, muscle, skin or bone, as long as it’s drenched in ‘ Uncle’s’ chilli, onion, garlic, soy, ginger ‘ secret’ sauce ‘ then Uncle and his crew will guzzle it down.
